In full compliance with security protocols, we have not  given up  our buffet   and you will not miss  the variety of products for breakfast which has always been appreciated by thousands of Guests. Therefore we have decided to let you enjoy the view of our usual buffet  with see-through panels. You will be free to choose and point out to our waiters your selection that will be served at you table.

So start your day with a smile, tasting the various offer of local products. Taste our local pastries like the famous cassata or the cannoli, filled at the moment with fresh ricotta cheese and other homemade bakery products like the choice of croissants and fragrant bread types, going from the whole wheat bread to the rustic bread, black bread and our typical Sicilian warm bread.

Our morning buffet proposes a wide choice of hot specialties like scrambled eggs, omelettes, hard & soft boiled eggs, vegetables and many more.

In our cold buffet you will find a large choice of fresh vegetables, pepperoni, tomatoes, cucumber, cold cuts and cheese dishes with fresh and aged cheese types, not forgetting about the famous ricotta with its unforgettable taste…

Furthermore you can choose between several cereals, muesli , jams and honey, dried fruit, fresh fruit, yoghurt and a mix of nuts, hazelnuts and seeds, for a more genuine breakfast, or just sip on a coffee with its unique aroma, a tasty foamy cappuccino or enjoy the unique taste of a freshly squeezed Sicilian orange spremuta.
